1- Where Can I download XCode?

- The easiest way to get XCode is throught the Mac App Store or the Apple Developer for XCode

2- What are the requirements to install and use the XCode IDE?

- you will need a MAC and OSX

- a paid developer account is not required. XCode 7.3 is free to download
