There are literally thousands of solutions in the world that are in some way described as ERP by their authors. I will try to offer a classification and discuss some of the key players and the levels that these solutions form. In general there are big differences between the various solutions so when you see an ERP in the name of a product, that is not a guarantee of quality and features by itself.
